NetNews US operates as a digital press release distribution platform. Our Services allow organizations and individuals to publish press releases across our network of 35 city-specific platforms. We also display curated news headlines from third-party sources via the MediaStack news API.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services to distribute content that is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Content & Press Releases
All press releases published on NetNews US are provided by their respective authors and organizations. NetNews US serves as a distribution platform and does not independently verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any press release content.
By submitting a press release, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the content; (b) the content is accurate and not misleading; (c) the content does not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (d) the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any press release at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
5. Intellectual Property
Press release content remains the intellectual property of the submitting organization. By submitting a press release, you grant NetNews US a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, distribute, and archive the content across all of our platforms.
The NetNews US name, logos, domain names, and site design are the property of NetNews US and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without our prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks; (b) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platforms without permission; (c) transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) use our Services for spam, phishing, or other abusive purposes.
7. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Services. News headlines displayed from third-party sources are provided for informational purposes and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
